Our ReEntry Network includes all the phases needed to assist people exiting incarceration on a statewide level.  We have an intergrated Case Management Program to help guide them to needed services. We are currently listing many local supports not found through the normal resources.  If you or someone you know would like to be on our list, please contact us.
